IMPROVING THE RELIABILITY OF SDN
NETWORKS BY BACKING UP CONTROLLERS

One of the features of building SDN networks is the presence of a network controller. The controller is the only point of failure of which will lead to the failure of the entire network. The paper considers the system for improving the fault tolerance of the DISCO network and proposes the creation of a common database for redundancy and replication of the controller settings to other elements of the control network.

Однією з особливостей побудови мереж SDN є наявність мережевого контролера. Контролер - єдина точка відмови якої призведе до виходу з ладу всієї мережі. У статті розглядається система поліпшення відмовостійкості мережі DISCO та пропонується створити загальну базу даних для резервування та тиражування налаштувань контролера на інші елементи мережі управління
