В даній роботі розглянуто основні принципи забезпечення безперервного з’єднання абонентського терміналу з базовими станціями в умовах руху за допомогою хендоверів в мережі мобільного зв’язку.

Також розглядаються основні проблеми, які з’являються під час перемикання на сусідню базову станцію, шляхи їх вирішення та оптимізації.

The basic principles of continuous connection providing between user terminal and base stations using handovers under moving conditions were considered in this work.

Also, the main problems that appear during the switching process to the neighbour base station and the ways to resolve these problems were investigated.
