The directions for increasing transmission speeds linear paths of a telecommunication transport system

The telecommunication transport systems (TTS) classification and capability of wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) of the optical range for long-distance communication were conducted. The traces of increasing the linear paths transmission rate TTS were analyzed, the recommendations to improve the capacity of telecommunications transport networks and access networks were provided.
